Wonders shall never end as we came across a "drying line" which has been locked with more than three(3) padlocks just to prevent co-tenants from using it.
This happened at Madina (japan motors), one of the localities in Ghana.
The person hasn't come out with any reason for doing that, but there is a rumour that he could be a member of the (Stingy Men Association Of Ghana)_SMAG.
DDT, Who happens to be a co-tenant in the same house explained to Realers Ghana with a video evidencing the whole issue.
"I don't know the person even though i stay in the same house, buh to me I don't think it's a good act to portray as a good citizen"___ DDT(a co-tenant).
